The technician let me know what the problem was. He was very nice about explaining everything. I really appreciated his friendly attitude. (I’ve had other technicians out to fix other things that were just there to do their work and found it a burden to explain anything.) Your technician took the time to explain the problem, offer suggestions and then fixed the furnace.
